Newly created role.  Lead, support, and facilitate change.  Look after the people side of projects.

About the role

Reporting to the Chief People and Safety Officer, you will focus on the people side of change.  The business is evolving and requires a Change Lead to come in and influence and facilitate across the organisation.

Duties include:

  • Prepare, support, and equip the team for change.
  • Create change methodology.
  • Coach and support leaders to enable them to support and lead their team through change.
  • Support Project Managers and teams with their project plan and integrate change management.
  • Create detailed change management tools and techniques.

Skills and experience

You would have worked in a Change Management role previously and have several years’ experience leading complex initiatives, you need to have a toolbox of strategies, techniques and influencing skills.

  • Degree qualified.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies.
  • Proven experience in planning, implementation, and evaluation of change strategies.
  • Professional certification in change management.
  • Experience implementing HR and ERP systems
